Launched in 2018, egg coffee has become one of the most beloved coffee specialties at THAIYEN. As of now, we only serve it in Hanoi and do not offer takeout, as we believe this coffee is best enjoyed fresh, right at our cafe.

Egg coffee is suitable for all ages. Though the preparation is quite simple, its distinctive flavor is truly unmatched. This drink features a unique combination of traditional coffee and a rich, creamy egg foam, creating a delightful balance of boldness and smoothness.

How to Drink Egg Coffee:
Use a spoon to scoop from the bottom up, ensuring you get both the coffee and the egg foam in every bite. This way, you can fully savor the harmony of flavors.

Enjoy the rich sweetness of the egg foam combined with the mild bitterness and aromatic notes of the coffee. The two blend perfectly, while the egg foam maintains its velvety texture.

A small tip: Only scoop as you go and avoid stirring the coffee, as this will dilute the consistency and lessen the experience. For the best taste, simply lift the coffee from the bottom through the creamy layer, one spoonful at a time.
