THAIYEN X Citadines: Pour Over Hand Brew Workshop at the First Ascott Stars Rewards Festival Held in Vietnam
The Continental Tour is a journey that takes THAIYEN's guests on a sensory exploration of coffee continents through smell and taste. This past summer, the tour was held weekly to introduce specialty coffees from various regions at THAIYEN's bar, using Chemex brewers and Modbar machines. As autumn arrived, we were fortunate to participate in the Ascott Stars Rewards Festival to continue a special version of the Continental Tour, allowing customers to hand brew using the V60 method. Coincidentally, prior to this, global brands such as Lacoste and Clarks had expressed their desire to collaborate with THAIYEN to connect local coffee culture with a global spirit. The meaningful invitation from Citadines inspired the THAIYEN team, helping us bring coffee culture and passionate coffee artisans closer to the public.
Another distinctive feature of the Citadines brand is "For the Love of Coffee." This is a program that collaborates with local communities to provide customers with unique coffee experiences, no matter where they are staying in the world. Through global coffee experiences, Citadines aims to connect travelers by allowing them to enjoy coffees unique to the cities they visit.
This month's unique combination of THAIYEN and global brands not only affirmed the position of Vietnamese local coffee on the international stage but also opened up wonderful opportunities for customers to experience the intersection of cultures. From hand-brewed coffee flavors to the creative spirit of renowned brands, everything blended to create memorable and inspiring moments. THAIYEN will continue this journey, bringing more meaningful experiences, both preserving local cultural values and connecting with the wider world.
