HOW TO MAKE COLD-BREW COFFEE

Cold brewing is a simple but effective way to make coffee, and it can be used to make many different types of coffee. The taste of cold brew coffee is usually mild, highlighting the acidic characteristics of coffee beans, fragrant, and the feeling of drinking a lot of water, so it will be suitable for those who like the refreshment of every sip of coffee. However, that will also make traditional coffee drinkers not feel like and used to. If you consider cold brew coffee a joyful experience, consider this a very gentle way to drink from make to taste and still satisfy your daily caffeine needs.

 

There are 2 types of cold brewing: drip or soak. In THAIYEN's opinion, steeping is easier to do and gives the feeling of a thicker drink. Therefore, in this article THAIYEN will introduce you how to soak with a TIMEMORE incubator, which is very convenient for each brew.

 

 

Prepare:

- Coarsely ground coffee (size 1/3 of a grain of salt) - grind size EK43 is 12-15

- TIMEMORE icicle cold brewer

 

Step 1:

Take about 80 grams of ground coffee into the filter, insert back the inner cover. Put the filer back to the bottle and then remove the top metal lid. 

 

Step 2:

Fill the carafe with cold water. Put back the top lid and keep it refrigerated for 24 hours. 

 

Step 3:

After 24 hours, remove the filter, remove the coffee slurry, wash the filter. Your refreshing cold brew coffee will be ready

Enjoy your hand cold brew right away or mix it with fresh milk and fruit. 

Cold-brew coffee can be stored in the fridge for up to 7 days.
