When our love for Arabica coffee grew strong enough, our knowledge became sufficient, our vision of a desired coffee space became clear, and we had some initial capital, we decided to try selling coffee in our own way.

It was the early days of April 2017 in Hanoi. At that time, Espresso-style coffee was still rare, and not many people knew what Arabica coffee was. There was a small coffee stall there, grinding fragrant coffee every day, its aroma drifting lazily along the nearby breakfast stalls. Curious passersby would see how quickly, in less than a minute, coffee beans were transformed into a shiny golden cup of coffee, smooth and attractive, making them want to try.

Initially, some people fell in love with Espresso from the first cup, but many were not accustomed to the taste of Arabica coffee with its characteristic acidity. We created some unique coffee drinks, guiding them through the interesting levels that coffee can offer. Gradually, they fell in love with coffee and were willing to try new coffee drinks and new types of coffee beans that we collected.

Little by little, the vision of a dream coffee shop gradually appeared at the beginning of Alley 184 Quan Thanh, including an order counter, a bar system, tables and chairs around with polite, civilized, and warm-hearted customers. At that moment, we knew that delicious coffee and such a natural setting would surely please customers. Now we needed to focus on stabilizing everything.

Day by day, word spread, and the place where we are now is bustling with activity, a destination for those who love Arabica coffee and the atmosphere of Hanoi. Over the years, we have gathered what we have and built a large coffee roasting factory, purchasing coffee from the most dedicated farmers and cooperatives in Vietnam to roast for our customers to enjoy. Imported coffee machines have gradually been upgraded to the highest level, capable of grinding and brewing continuously without rest. We believe that in this way, with our burning love for coffee and respect for our customers, we will continue to brew coffee every day like this forever.
