THAIYEN CLUB is a program for any customer, who experiences THAIYEN Cafe products. This program is designed to show appreciation and offer customers the best preferential policies. To join THAIYEN CLUB, customers simply register by providing their name and phone number at points of sale, via the switchboard 0989750180, email info@thaiyencafe.com, or through the THAIYEN CAFE app. With each successful order, customers will accumulate points to determine their membership tier. The accumulated unit is called a Seed.
When customers register and confirm their participation in the THAIYEN CLUB program, it means that they have agreed to all the applicable terms and conditions of the program, including those terms updated later. Customers need to carefully read and understand these terms and conditions before registering to participate in the THAIYEN CLUB program. If customers do not agree with any terms in the THAIYEN CLUB program, they should not participate in this program.
SOME DEFINITIONS AND CONCEPTS
Accumulated Seeds: Understood as the number of seeds accumulated when customers make purchases on the THAIYEN system, customers must become members of the THAIYEN CLUB program to accumulate seeds. Applicable Subjects: Any THAIYEN customer who has information on the THAIYEN system and agrees to the terms of the THAIYEN CLUB program. This program is not intended for customers under the age of 18. Tier Review Cycle: The time the system will evaluate the number of accumulated seeds customers have to determine their membership tier. The tier review time will be calculated after 180 days from the nearest tier review. Force Majeure Event: A force majeure event is an event that occurs objectively, cannot be foreseen, and cannot be overcome despite taking all necessary measures within the permitted conditions and capabilities (floods, earthquakes, volcanic eruptions, wars...). APPLICABLE TERMS To provide customers with clear information and avoid unnecessary misunderstandings, here are some terms to note when participating in the seed accumulation program:
Accumulated seeds are only valid for use at THAIYEN points of sale or on the THAIYEN CAFE app and cannot be converted into cash. Customers can look up their number of seeds and membership tier in the following ways: Log in to their account on the THAIYEN mobile app Ask the cashier directly at the store Call the THAIYEN switchboard at 0989.750.180
Tier and seed accumulation coefficient: In the THAIYEN CLUB program, there are 4 types of applicable membership tiers: Green - Amber - Cinnamon - Sepia The seed accumulation coefficient is 10,000 VND = 1 seed. Example: An order of 50,000 VND has an accumulation value of 5 seeds.
Accumulated seeds are only obtained when purchasing products. For customers who top up points for consumption, seeds are not accumulated at the time of top-up. When customers purchase products with the topped-up points, seeds will be accumulated.
Tier review cycle: 180 days from the nearest tier review date. When the tier review period arrives, the system will base on the number of seeds the customer has to determine the membership tier as shown in the following table: tier review conditions:
Accumulated seeds can be used to redeem discount vouchers or gifts when enough seeds are available. The total number of seeds will be reduced according to the number used to redeem gifts, the membership tier will remain until the tier review period.
Customers can accumulate seeds from purchase transactions provided that they use the THAIYEN app or order at the cashier. When customers successfully order on the app, the system has automatically accumulated seeds and customers can track the accumulated seeds directly on the app.
Each account can only be used by one user and cannot be transferred to a third party. If a violation is detected, the customer's account will be locked and all accumulated seeds will be deleted.
THAIYEN CAFE is not responsible for the loss of seeds or errors in the seed accumulation process, except in cases caused by THAIYEN CAFE's fault.
The tier review time of the THAIYEN CLUB program is 180 days from the date customers log in to the THAIYEN app and agree to the THAIYEN CLUB policies or from the nearest tier review.
Customers are not allowed to use software, tools, or any means to interfere with the accumulation program or engage in fraudulent or deceptive behavior. THAIYEN will verify information and compare it with its database to determine if there is a violation. If a violation is detected, THAIYEN will lock the account and revoke all accumulated seeds without any liability.
All complaints or disputes arising related to this seed accumulation program will be resolved and handled in accordance with the provisions of Vietnamese law.
THAIYEN has the right to change, adjust conditions, or terminate the seed accumulation program and must notify in advance within 07 (seven) working days on the THAIYEN website or app. In case of force majeure, the change will take effect immediately after notification on the website or other THAIYEN information channels.
Customers are responsible for monitoring the latest information about the program and the changed terms, using the THAIYEN CLUB service means that customers have agreed and accepted the newly updated terms.
Customers only need to have any transaction within 365 days, the number of accumulated seeds will never be reduced. The number of accumulated seeds may be reduced by 100 seeds if customers do not have any accumulation transaction within 365 days from the date of the nearest accumulation transaction. This number of seeds will continue to decrease by 100 seeds every 365 days until it reaches 0.
