Warranty and Return Policy For Staresso Instruments
THAIYEN CAFE is a retailer of STARESSO Vietnam products, the warranty policy is responsible for STARESSO Vietnam. When customers have warranty needs, please contact Staresso Service Center.
WARRANTY CONDITIONS FOR GENUINE PRODUCTS: - The machine is still within the valid warranty period and the problems are caused by the manufacturer's fault. - The machine has never been repaired by a third party (external repair) or the user has not intervened (self-opening, hardware intervention) - Not affected by the environment (water absorption, corrosive chemicals, overheating due to external influences) - Do not drop, strong impact leading to physical damage.
RETURN POLICY
- Defective product from the Manufacturer - Delivering the wrong product to the Buyer (e.g. wrong size, wrong colour, etc.) - The product the Customer receives is markedly different from the information provided in the product description; - In order to limit the arising troubles related to returning goods, the buyer should note that it is necessary to pack according to the regulations on packaging and return the product including all accompanying accessories, VAT invoice, warranty stamp... and the product must be in the same condition as when received. The Customer should take a video or take a photo of the product as soon as it is received for reference/complaint later if necessary.
